Week 4: Boundaries + Communication
Learn how to talk about intimacy without shutting down or self-editing—and how to ask for what you want.
 

Week 5: Reclaiming Sensuality
Reconnect with your sensual self through small, intentional rituals that bring you back into your body.
 

Week 6: Building Lasting Desire
Create a personal roadmap to sustain intimacy in ways that grow with you—not against you.
